The Company

SOURCE CONSULTORIA E REPRESENTAÇÃO COMERCIAL LTDA - is a consulting firm specialized in mergers, acquisitions, associations of companies and related strategic and financial services. More recently  the company has been involved with turnaround projects, benchmarking studies locally and abroad and trading.

It was established in 1988 to assist CEOs and private owners in achieving best results in transactions involving selling or buying of equity.

Contrary to the practices of the larger consulting firms and banks, SOURCE associates are personally involved in their projects from start to finish, so that the client works primarily with only one or two members of the firm.

SOURCE associates have senior management experience and are accustomed to working at the owner and/or senior executive level of the client companies they assist.
